~V-v-valentines!

Hello :)

So I had perhaps one of my most crowded Valentines.

And they say Valentines is suppose to be spent alone with your loved one.

Well, day didn't start out really well, actually. Had this crazy headache/fever/muscle aches yesterday, so when I got up, I still had this headache and major grogginess, and my shoulder (blade) muscle ache like crazy! Not your typical sore, but more of like as if you tore it or something.

I was suppose to meet sabryna and co. at hougang mall at 1.30pm, for kbox, however, due to my pain, and the fact I had to wait for my delivery for my laptop cooler, I can only make it later, a lot later. Delivery was expected to arrive between 2 to 4.

Took lunch and a panadol (extra). It was so effective. Maybe that's because I had not taken a panadol in years. Muscle still ache like (shit!) though.

Anyway, at around 3, the delivery guy smsed and told me he can't deliver it today. Well fuck-a-doodle-doo. So much for being late for kbox. So I rushed, had a change of clothes, and quickly left the house. I had to meet them at downtown east, which is at pasir ris! That's over an hour by mrt!

In the end, I reach there in one and half hour, and got lost a bit, and met them somewhere near 5.

Well what do you know, I wasn't that late after all. They went for lunch and pool, so when I met up with them, they were just registering for a kbox room. Quaint. Wasn't that late after all.

Right, so Chee Chiang, Yuxi, Jer, Simon, hm, yt, sabryna, fy was there. 2 hours didn't do us much singing (Afternoon happy hour was only from 5 to 7). Plus, my aching muscle was killing me! Every time I move my left arm, that bloody muscle hurt like f*ck! And my headache is coming back. Good thing I brought an extra panadol.

(Yea, it's still hurting now)

After ktv, Chee Chiang, yuxi, jer and simon had their own valentines' day event at McRitchie. They left. The rest of us were stuck arguing on where to have dinner. We were at lost for over 20min.

In the end we decided to spend Valentines' (or what's left of it) at my house, and have Indomie (instant noodle) for dinner.

Instant noodle. Valentines dinner.

Quaint.

It took almost 2 hour to get to my house, as we took the wrong bus, ran out of ez link money, and had to walk.

So at my house, Sabryna was saying how the way she cook her instant noodles was way superior than mine. (She put the seasoning into the pot of boiling water, I put the boiling water to a bowl with the seasoning). So we had a cook off! How fun. Cooking instant noodles, on Valentines, for 7! people.

I only manage to cook 2 bowls though, since she took all the other packets. And in the end, it was clear, my instant noodle was better :D Well how bout that, I cook better than a girl! :D

(Secret was, when she cook the seasoning with the soup, most of the flavouring didn't went into the bowls and was still in the pot, while mine was already in the bowl. Now you know ;))

After dinner, we browsed the web a little. The boys were too engrossed with some videos on youtube (sfw I think not!). The girls mysteriously snuck out and left! Well isn't that polite. I went out to check out , then suddenly saw Sabryna in the kitchen. Apparently she baked some cake, and was suppose to share with us, but kinda forgotten. So yea, she left, and in the end, the guys ate the cake.

So yea, I kinda ended Valentines day eating a strawberry cake with 5 guys. How romantic

Kinda spend v-day with loads of people this year. That's a total of 1,2,3,...11 people. 11! Definitely fun. :)

And again, thank you, sabryna, for the cake.

PS The delivery guy eventually came at around 10pm. And the cooler is amazing! CPU temps dropped by 15c!
